Whether SSP, DSP, DMP or adserving - as a first mover, we and our 200 employees always have the right solution for successful operations within the digital advertising market. We are shaping the online advertisement scene as an Adtech pioneer in the German-speaking media landscape and are working on integrating this genre more and more programmatically into our platforms.

For 3 of our product teams we are looking for Product Owners at different seniority levels, with experience in the development of scalable IT solutions to transform our successful products into a platform adapted to future market requirements. Those POs will work on different product areas and/or the whole product (old and new lines) and help the respective teams progress with the product development. Product owners at Virtual Minds usually work in cross-functional teams of developers, scrum masters, business analysts, and user experience specialists and actively shape our products as innovation drivers.

What you can expect in this role

• You will take responsibility for a dedicated product area and work on operational tasks cross-functionally
• Your exchange with the other product lines of our company creates synergies and releases creative potential for the entire organization
• You will analyze the various market segments and evaluate solution approaches with our customers for the technical elaboration of individual functions

Your essential experience and education

• Experience with working on complex product topics
• Ability to prioritize among competing market opportunities in a rapidly changing industry environment
• In-depth understanding of product concepts and user stories as well as the validation based on prototypes and user tests
• Excellent communication skills with all relevant internal and external stakeholders in English. German is a plus
• Hands-on mentality
• Experience with platforms in Adtech, digital/video advertising or marketing analytics is preferred
