Are you looking for a challenging new role in Corporate Lending Business? We can offer a function that is everything but Standard! We are seeking a person with background in Corporate Lending or Corporate Steering. In this role you will be responsible for a bunch of topics connected to steering the Standard Lending Portfolio (predominantly Bilateral Loans). Your tasks relate to the product management in the narrow sense like planning, cost budgeting, pricing guidelines, treatment with regards to liquidity cost, etc. In addition, the function comprises the optimization of the e2e lending process for single transactions / applications with all stakeholders and process partners along the value chain.
Your mission at RBI
- Act as Product Responsible Person in the context of the Product Approval Process framework and define the functional and technical scope of products and services in charge.
- Adapt existing products to meet altering (regulatory) framework (e.g. CRR3) and actively participate in the development of new products / product variants / product features from a customer centric perspective.
- Lead and collaborate in projects in cooperation with Org/IT and take responsibility for the cost and resource planning.
- Involve in financial planning in order to ensure best utilization of RWAs and optimal return.
- Create transparency on (historic) transaction pricing and develop a support scheme for future pricing decisions.
- Represent the Product Area in discussions with regards to liquidity cost and equity cost.
- Strive for constant optimization of workflows and co-operate with all relevant stakeholders along the e2e value chain (opportunity, application, risk decision, documentation, booking, maintenance).
- Initiate ideas on cost optimization.
- Share experience on process optimization and product features with the relevant responsible counterparts in the NWBs and organize joint expert meetings.
Your core competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or alternatively excellent business experience in corporate lending business
- Structured thinking
- Experience in process management and financial products knowledge
- Affinity for numbers
- Excellent English skills, German language is an advantage

- Strong team player, with hands on attitude and motivation
- Organizational talent with an attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under time pressure and tight deadlines

- Salary: starting at EUR 69.000,- gross p.a. including overtime (market-compliant overpayment is provided dep. on experience / qualification)
