Product Manager, Pricing & Compliance

Now, we’re looking for a driven and independent Product Manager to join our Product Experience & Inclusivity team, and help ensure our products and services remain in compliance with ever-changing legislations.
In this role, you'll collaborate daily with diverse teams across the entire organisation to deliver compliant and safe products in 20 countries across the globe, from Auckland to Vancouver.

In this role, you will take compliance and regulatory requirements into product discovery and participate to the continuous improvement of our products for Customers. You will directly work with topics related to customer rights such as pricing and product transparency, content moderation, privacy and consent. As part of your work, you will collaborate daily with colleagues across Product, Legal, Finance and Commercial teams.

What will you bring to the table?
 

- Previous experiences in Product Management roles, with a developed commercial acumen, ideally with experience in heavily regulated industries such as finance, HR, medtech, etc.

- An ease to navigate difficult situations, negotiate timelines, and engage with internal stakeholders over objectives

- A creative approach to problem-solving, focused on crafting practical solutions today that will age well

- Solid communication skills, characterised by positivity and empathy, capable of fostering change and building consensus across the organisation
