Product Manager (M/F/D) At Oxolo

Our client, Oxolo, established in 2020 in Hamburg, aspires to become the global leader in synthetic media. With an international and diverse community comprising 15 different nationalities and predominantly world-class engineers working 100% remotely, Oxolo is dedicated to developing cutting-edge technology for automated video content creation featuring virtual humans. Their solutions cater to a wide array of industries including advertising, e-commerce, e-learning, and e-health.

As Oxolo expands, we're searching for a driven Product Manager (m/f/d) to spearhead their product's success, with a focus on Product-Led Growth & SEO. You'll lead user acquisition, engage users in video creation, optimize retention, and implement SEO strategies. The position is ideal for those thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings, eager to build things up from scratch and drive impactful change.

• Develop and execute product-led growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team including engineering, product design, CRM, and customer success to prioritize and implement growth initiatives.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify opportunities for product improvements and optimizations.
• Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search visibility, traffic, and conversions.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and improvement, promoting evidence-based decision-making.
• Define and track key metrics to measure the success of growth and SEO efforts, iterating based on insights and outcomes.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to product-led growth and SEO.

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated success in driving user growth and engagement through product-led strategies.
• Understanding of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization, ideally in a product-led growth environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
