Join the team and experience Workday!The Core Financial Accounting Product Management team at Workday empowers our customers with intuitive experience, groundbreaking innovation and business compliance that drives digital transformation and operational efficiency. We manage product roadmaps, design features and new products to meet customer and market needs. We collaborate closely with customers, our strategy teams and implementation and support leadership to ensure our products empower digital transformations in the office of the CFO.
About the Role
When you join Workday as a Product Manager, you will gain in-depth knowledge of our applications, product development methodology, and processes through formal and informal training to become the owner of the functional application design for your domain. You will combine your functional and systems knowledge to analyze customer business processes, their system environment, and assemble business requirements. You will collaborate internally to turn these requirements into next-generation business applications. We apply agile development methodologies, and you will be the voice of the product management team to ensure that the product you intend to build, gets delivered.

About You
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Product Manager
Experience developing or implementing enterprise applications, such as Finance, HCM, CRM or others
BS / BA / MS / MA degree or equivalent work experience
Other Qualifications
Functional knowledge of financial accounting
Enterprise system configuration, administration, integration or implementation experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record as the voice of the customer for multiple teams and projects.
Fast learner, detail oriented, decisive, and enjoy a fast paced work environment.
Outstanding operator, capable of leading efficient coordination and alignment in an organized fashion while avoiding unnecessary overhead.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
