In this role, you'll be the key product leader to shape the global growth playbook for Bolt Rides through investment planning and incentives strategies, which enables the most efficient and timely decisions across 200+ markets across the globe. You will work directly with a team of product analysts, data scientists, and engineers and collaborate with business, marketing, and executive leadership to ideate, build, measure, and ship solutions that will enable growth across Rides, which is the biggest business vertical at Bolt.

A key part of your role will be to collaborate with other product teams across Bolt's businesses (Rides, Food, Micromobility, etc.) and maintain a fine balance between building a system that can serve all of our diverse users while still being tailored to their specific needs. Your excellent ability to build strong partnerships with cross-domain and cross-functional stakeholders will be critical to your success in this role.
Your daily adventures will include:
You will lead a cross-functional team responsible for getting the most out of Bolt's global monetization and investments, having ownership over vision, roadmap, delivery, and key results Shape the monetization and growth strategy across different types of markets and across regions Deep-dive into the marketplace dynamics and customer behaviors, and translate experimental learnings to strategies Own inputs and outputs for data science and analytical work around frameworks for modeling impacts of combined pricing and investment strategies in particular markets Contribute to overall company growth strategy by partnering across other teams and senior management Clearly communicating vision, plans, and insights to a spectrum of audiences and decision-makers across Bolt
About you:
You have 6+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record of business impact at scale You have experience in the consumer-facing domains preferably in a similar field (pricing, incentives, and loyalty) You have experience building pricing and incentives strategies and frameworks You have the ability to decompose complex deep analytical solutions and insights into a simple narrative for a versatile cross-functional organization; people management experience is a plus You have a superb verbal and written English You preferably a Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Business
