How you make a difference
- You continually build and develop the Portfolio Management Competence Center with its methodology for the central I/T portfolio and its minimum standards within I/T. You manage the Competence Center on a technical level and help shape Swiss Post's working methodology with your colleagues.
- In conjunction with the product owner and your team, you are responsible for the IT project Portfolio Management platform PQFORCE.
- Along with your team, you provide Portfolio Management for the IT portfolio, supporting optimum leverage of an investment portfolio worth tens of millions.
- You take on the role of process owner and ensure governance is adhered to in the Portfolio Management process.
- You play an active role in defining, establishing and developing the provisions and guidelines for the central I/T portfolio.
- You foster a culture of partnership within I/T. You maintain contact with the key stakeholders throughout the Group and provide optimum support for the Business I/T cluster in all Portfolio Management matters.
- Working with the People & Transformation Lead, you form an exemplary leadership partnership.
What you have to offer
- You have a higher level of business management and/or technical training, with further training focusing on Portfolio Management.
- In addition to leadership experience in matrix organizations, you also have knowledge of project management and Portfolio Management methods (including agile Portfolio Management).
- Several years of professional experience in operational project business and in managing teams or as a project/programme manager is required.
- You strike the right balance between entrepreneur, coach and networker, and you embody our new I/T culture: pragmatic and united for our units.
- In addition to strong consulting/implementation skills, a determination to achieve goals and excellent communication skills at all levels, your success-oriented mindset and leadership skills are among your strengths.
- You have an excellent command of German or French and good knowledge of a second national language and English.
