This position reports to

Service Manager

Your responsibilities

• Be the driver of the growth business to reach the defined target in Europe.
• Prepare offers to all LBLs in Europe for Paint Upgrade project /products / solution / service and related training.
• Support all LBLs commercially and technically in Europe for Paint Upgrade project.
• Visit customers in Europe with local CS team when needed.
• Communicate with internal organization for Paint Upgrade kit production and delivery time.
• Handle and manage all offers for none standard Paint Upgrade projects, if needed with external suppliers.
• Ensure a good cooperation with front end sales team.
• Take the lead to solve major problems. Structure them, drive the right actions and manage professional communications with all stakeholders including senior customer management.

Your background

• At least 5 years of business experience, in offer preparation, if possible in paint robotics.
• Capable of problem-solving issues/problems and able to communicate in an effective manner that drives corrective actions.
• Strong strategic and technical competence, combined with strong communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English language skills.
• Ability to work across multiple functions and geographies/cultures in Europe.
