As an Overnight Security Operations Manager, you would oversee the implementation of all safety security program initiatives to provide protection and a sense of well-being to all team members and managers in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Ideal candidates for this position will have 3-5 years previous hotel security management/leadership experience, at a property of comparable size and Hilton brand. Please note that compensation for this position will fall between $75,000 - $85,000 annually with any final offer based on experience.

What will I be doing?
As an Overnight Security Operations Manager, you would oversee the implementation of all safety security program initiatives to provide protection and a sense of well-being to all team members and managers in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specific tasks required of the position may include:
- Acts as the Manager on Duty for the overnight shift, coordinating with all other departments as needed
- Performs post-checks, correct deficiencies as observed, monitor compliance with established policies and procedures and take corrective action with security officers performing
- Promotes safe work practices, ensures compliance with OSHA standards and preventative measures, identifies/corrects/records safety hazards
- Maintains the database containing all team member safety training and perform required Safety training when needed
- Responsible for reporting all team member work-related accidents to the Hilton third-party claims representative (including leading and directing investigations)
- Case manages all worker’s compensation claims and the return-to-work program including the assurance of a hotel representative at Worker’s compensation hearings
- Coordinates the completion of the corporate Loss Prevention Profile
