What you'll do

• Work in the global Strategic Programs and Operations team (spread across all 3 regions) to provide operational and communication support in the planning, scheduling and execution of projects, monitoring follow-up items etc.
• Draft communications to various stakeholders via different communication channels, such as emails, newsletters, Wiki-sites, reporting. 
• Support the team do project planning, JIRA tracking, deliverables and deadline tracking, report drafting
• Support our daily activities and at the same time to learn more about information technology and Security Operations, governance, and communication topics

What you bring

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences, business administration, information technology. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Additionally, you have

• Background in IT, and/or business administration, or currently studying these (being at least a second year University student – 4th Semester)
• Knowledge of project management and/ or cybersecurity and/or supporting technologies are preferred 
• Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English, German is advantageous
• Result-driven personality, enthusiasm, energy, confidence, clear goal orientation and strong work ethic, “can do” or “think out of the box” attitude 
• Ability to work with global and virtual teams from various geographical and cultural backgrounds 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Strong Excel and Powerpoint knowledge required) skills

Meet your team

The Strategic Programs and Operations team manages strategic objectives, governance, projects, KPIs. metrics within the SAP Global Security and Compliance organization.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
