As a Order Handling Specialist for Electrification Distribution Factory, you will be responsible for providing customers support (e.g. order assistance, payment-related assistance) in order to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Reporting to Product Line Manager, you will be implementing customer support strategy in order to achieve targets levels of service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position is based in Bac Ninh, Vietnam.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring achievement of established targets, through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed
• Processing orders by coordinating with sales, product marketing, logistic and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products and acts as first port of call to customers’ questions and orders
• Ensuring accuracy of ERP with regard to commercial master data, payment/trade policy, customer contracts, etc
• Supporting sales team in pre-sales or after-sales service with resolution of customer issues and by ensuring effective and efficient customer communication even by specific commercial communication tools
• Implementing HSE and business compliance standards and regulations in the area of responsibility
• Ensuring that the teams and partners are fully compliant regarding business ethics and compliance
• Implementing and ensuring compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution ad shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
• A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
• A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies
