Order Handling Specialist /Supervisor

As an Order Handling Specialist /Supervisor for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for proper Order Handling; Contract Management, each process meets ABB relevant regulation, such as AR&P, internal control; OR tracking, coordinate with sales to push the order booking; Rev Tracking, coordinate with PM and Planning to achieve the target; reports, make various reports based on OR & Rev figure, SAP, make improvements to improve the work efficiency, supporting SWG commercial section manager for Order Handling team management.

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for Customer Master Data Approval, ensure the process meet the company master data regulation
• Ensuring Order creation, changes, follow up, Input contract information in SAP timely and accurately Ensuring the order process meet ABB and company relevant regulations
• Updatng and tidy up the OH process, ensure the team operate the process with the changes
• Tracking the advance and progress payment closely, coordinating with sales and commercial, getting the tracking reports timely, send to responsible colleagues for attention and action
• Preparing and saving the OR & Rev report monthly, ensure the data’s timeliness and accuracy
• Preparing the related analyzed reports for other departments
• Recording relevant reports and get approval from controllers per IC request
• Making development plan for Order Handlings, give proper training to them with professional experience and skills

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in international trade, economic related
• 5 to 8 years commercial experience
• At least 3 years working experience related with SAP SD module
• Strong team work mind, communication skill, and problem solving skills
• Good Microsoft skills
• Hard working, good passion, active attitude and good teamwork mind,
• Good learning ability
• Good English skills both spoken and written
