Your responsibilities
- Ensure health and safety of all employees
- Execute customer focused operations in line with business priorities
- Organize and resource the unit in line with business needs and budget
- Ensure unit is developing according to all business targets and requirements
- Ensure a transparent & predictable communication with all stakeholders
- Ensure ABB governance and processes are followed
- People development
- As Managing director of the Unit your are accountable to meet all legal duties for instance related to tax, trade compliance, environment and occupational safety and labor
Your background
- Bachelor´s or master´s degree in engineering, business or similar
- Min. 5 years of working experience
- Strong leadership skills proven by solid track record and delivered results
- Good understanding of P&L and the capability to take P&L accountability
- Strong operations understanding and vision of modern distribution center
- Customer-oriented and mindset and passion to drive development
- Conversational in English, German language skills are highly recommended
