Who we are looking for.

The Fund Finance EMEA Team is looking for a Fund Finance Analyst to help manage a portfolio of Fund Finance transactions. The Fund Finance EMEA Team is part of the Global Credit Finance division and is comprised of five employees based in London and Munich.

Why this role is important to us.

Fund Finance EMEA Team is responsible for a +$8 billion portfolio of credit facilities to fund borrowers. Many of the team’s clients are part of larger valuable relationships to State Street Bank. The team is responsible for analyzing the credit and negotiating legal documents for each of the credit facilities.

What you will be responsible for

As a Fund Finance Analyst, you will undertake credit analysis on a broad range of fund client types including Real Money and Alternatives Funds:

• Support the business with the preparation of credit applications, management of credit facilities, and client matters.
• Assist in the credit underwriting of new and existing credit facilities through the review of the borrower’s credit history, performance, and market trends.
• Coordinate with Account Officers, ERM, GCF Business Support Team, Syndications, and Loan Operations on deal activity.
• Contribute to portfolio monitoring and credit administration including Mercatus.
• Complete fund borrower risk ratings.
• Assist with AML/KYC onboarding.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or related field
• Ideally minimum of two years of experience in credit analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
