At AXA Health we're looking for Occupational Health Advisors to join our Occupational Health Team. This role is 100% home based with no requirement to travel. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you'll make a tangible and lasting difference to people's lives every day. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you’ll undertake case management referrals over the phone and create pragmatic management advice letters. We work across a diverse range of clients including Financial Services, automotive, aviation, drinks and manufacturing. At AXA we work smart, this role is non-office based meaning you can predominantly work from home. 

We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, such as part-time or condensed hours, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Play a vital role in the health and wellbeing of client’s employees and use your specialist clinical skills to provide expert assessments and the right solutions to match the client's needs.
  • Pre-employment health assessments and new starter health questionnaires - only 6 cases/day with protected admin time.
  • Undertake case management by phone producing high standard and quality management advice reports.
  • You'll be provided with support, training and development to thrive in your role.

Your Profile

What we’re looking for: 

  • Qualified or Registered Nurse, ideally with a diploma or degree in Occupational Health.
  • Experience in a commercial Occupational Health setting, particularly with exposure to complex case management and health surveillance.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
