AXA Group Operations initiated a Digital Workplace program named One Workplace Program in 2019. This program aims to develop global modern products to be rolled-out within the entire group in the coming years.

As part of the program, the Devices Product line defines an innovative vision and strategy for the usage, coordination and implementation in all of AXA entities of Modern Workplace devices, (Windows, Mac, Mobile) including Virtual Desktop, while insuring legacy transition.

In this Product Line, activities that are either cross Products or internal to the Service Line organization, are supported by a Transversal Project Manager. This is a full-time role for which the responsibilities are listed below:

Mission, objectives, and main activities

The Transversal Operations Delivery lead provides executive support to the Modern Devices Executive Manager in the product line transversal operational management aspects such as

  • Product Line Governance
  • Product Line Strategic plan stir and follow up
  • Budget management
  • Project Portfolio management
  • Transversal and upper management reporting
  • Transversal Transformation initiatives (i.e. Mozart implementation…)
  •  …

 

To this objective, he/she may

  • Driving Governance Meetings within the Product line, incl. agenda preparation, facilitation, taking minutes and actions, follow-up
  • Prepare any type of communication for the Modern Devices Executive manager inside and outside the Product Line
  • Prepare/ review/ challenge inputs/ for presentations to governance boards
  • Act as single point of contact for non-product related demands entering the Product Line
  • Plan, prepare and follow-up on key calendar events and recurring meetings of the Product Line (e.g. All hands meetings, team off-sites, etc.)
  • Filter and help in prioritizing issues and requests, deal with them where appropriate and/or redirect them to team members as requiredRepresent the Product Line in some committees when needed and ensure follow-up
  • Manage a consolidated view of the budget of the departments and liaise with Finance
  • Manage and monitor an extensive list of actions of the scope inlc. Audit remediation, Budget, Governance, Simplification, Cultural change 

Your Profile

 Profile and experience : 

  • At least 6 to 8 years work experience in IT transformation, or portfolio / program management, or IT governance management, in a multicultural context, ideally in an international company (preferably IT, Infrastructure or Security)
  • Strong communication skills and Change management acumen 

Technical knowledge and professional experience

  • Understanding of Workplace technologies, and ideally Endpoint Technologies
  • Good business and IT acumen: understanding workplace domains strategic issues with a demonstrated ability to rapidly understand, assimilate, analyse and act on complex environment
  • Analytical and synthesizing skills, e.g. ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Fully fluent in English (oral and written); French desirable but not mandatory
  • Good practice of MS Office suite, in particular MS PowerPoint and Excel

Personal and behavioural skills 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work within a multi-cultural context and changing environment with different stakeholders, including senior executives (diplomacy, influential skills, capacity to develop strategic relationships)
  • Capacity to influence without authority to ensure effective execution of decisions by other team members (even though there is no line of authority over them)

  • Performance oriented (results and collaboration)

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to document and present information in a concise and business-oriented manner to different audiences including for senior management;

  • Ability to deal with high volume and highly complex workload;

  • Ability to prioritize and deal with conflicting priorities daily using discretion and professionalism at all time.
