Role Description:
As a Marketing and Business Administration intern, you will be involved with team communications, digital and social media marketing, website updates, managing photos, using MS Office, CRM database entry and real estate applications, assisting in setting up property listings, preparing client presentations, answering phone calls, preparing for property tours, assembling listing presentations, prepare and schedule property tours and various office tasks. You will enjoy working with the sales team in the back-office side of selling multi-million-dollar homes and in the development of marketing and social media strategies to promote the listings. A passion and positive attitude for marketing and business, united with a desire to work within the Real Estate industry is strongly encouraged! The team you will be working with is an active, busy group delivering tailored and personalized real estate services to its clients. Tasks:
- Set up email campaigns regarding new listings, sold properties in the area, market research
- Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, easy to use and emotionally engaging
- Report to Team Leaders on marketing projects from concept to post-production
- Aid in the coordination of digital campaigns and multi-marketing real estate methods
- Assistance in the production of marketing material and website updating
- Assist Advisors in preparation of listing presentation material
- Provide continuing assistance with online marketing activities
- Assist advisors with up-to-date communication within social media platforms
- Participate in sales meetings to update colleagues on activity, market information, new business generation efforts, prospects and market knowledge and trends
- Communication with advisors, prospects and vendors as needed
- Researching necessary records and statistics and general data gathering
- Participating in market analysis, website updating, mailing and operational procedures
- Upload contacts in CRM and help maintain client information
- Support team in daily sales efforts
Qualifications/Requirements:
- You are a Student/Recent Graduate from a University outside of the United States
- Your studies focus on Business, Marketing, Communications or Real Estate
- Familiarity with G Suite, Zoom, Canva is preferred
- Strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail
- Solid work ethic, outgoing personality, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and deadline oriented
- On time and deadline sensitive, good planning and time management skills
- Good deductive and strategic thinking skills, ability to work independently to execute tasks within group environment
- Create accurate outbound client communication based on templates
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) platforms helpful
- Desire to work with real estate and luxury lifestyle
- At least 6 months to take part in the internship/training
Compensation:
- 6-9 Months: $1300/month (net)
- 10-12 Months: $1500/month (net)
Work Hours:
- Monday-Friday 9AM - 5PM
