The Opportunity
- Play a key role in optimizing and enhancing the efficiency of our global operating model to drive strategic growth and success
- Improve workflows, tool features and optimize data collection, establish governance policies and drive standardization
- Drive organizational change and process documentation practices
- Continuously refine and communicate Adobe.com operational metrics
- Determine appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information and data to accelerate operational performance
- Lead the development, implementation and automation of operational dashboards to assist in data extraction and visualization
- Identify clear areas of operational opportunity within the organization (by noting bottlenecks, trends, or other data that can lead to those insights)
What you'll Do
- Manage a small team of full time and contract resources with various operations functions supporting Adobe.com
- Continually evaluate existing processes and procedures and drive improvements
- Drive the strategy, implementation and adoption of the Adobe.com Workfront and Jira integration, working with teams to define workflows, optimize features and data fields, establish governance and drive standards for teams
- Advocate with Workfront and Jira system admins on behalf of A.com teams
- Evaluate, help drive requirements and operationalization of new tool onboarding and integrations
- Drive adoption of new systems, processes and tool, implement training and ensure compliance
- Ensure ongoing accuracy of documentation relative to onboarding, process and tools
- Establish baselines, track and report on critical operational metrics
- Aggregate, organize, and synthesize data
- Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams to extract narratives in order to report on performance and operational status with extended team and leadership
- Document findings, prepare reports and make recommendations to improve efficiency
- Collect requirements and implement automated dashboards relative to metrics, and delivery and enablement status reports
- Manage Adobe.com PMO budget and SOW submissions, collaborating with finance, procurement and vendors
- Establish credibility with peers and be a driving force for change when needed
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Minimum of 5 years as an Operations Analyst or similar position, preferably with large enterprise web organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial
- Must have deep knowledge and experience with Adobe Workfront, JIRA and agile methodology
- Preferred experience with EazyBI, Power BI, Wiki and Sharepoint
- Solid understanding of Web technologies, including web content management systems (specific Adobe Experience Manager experience a plus)
- Consulting and project management skills
- Excellent business partner management and presentation skills

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
