The Opportunity

Adobe Express & Firefly represent a new generation of Adobe innovation aimed at supercharging creatives and empowering marketers.

Adobe Express is the all-in-one content creation app that empowers non creatives to self-serve and stay on brand. It’s a fun, fast, frictionless tool to creative compelling visual content that has impact. Adobe Firefly is Adobe’s new family of creative generative AI models for visual content generation that will power the next generation of Adobe tools and services.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a team of Strategic Product Specialists across Europe who working with Adobe’s Enterprise customers to drive adoption of Adobe Express & Adobe Firefly and ultimately create new value for our customers to accelerate their creativity & productivity.

You & your team’s success will be measured by ensuring fast and sustainable adoption of these emerging solutions within our Enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

As the Leader of this team of Adobe Express & Firefly specialists you will be responsible for managing a team of individuals who have responsibility for helping visual communicators within our enterprise customers base, across all departments, adopt Express & Firefly. You will also have direct responsibility for a subset of Enterprise customers whereby you will be expected to drive solution adoption.

You will be required to:

Industry/Product Expertise

  • Possess a deep understanding of creative and design processes to guide the team in guiding our customers to adopt Adobe Express & Firefly technologies.

  • Domain knowledge, through direct experience with creative, design and marketing teams and industries, as well as new & emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product/domain specialists to achieve their full potential.

  • Develop, nurture and grow talent within the team, and where necessary identify and manage low performers.

  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team.

  • Set clear strategy for the team, outlining key targets and performance expectations.

  • Drive accountability within the team by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators.

Customer Engagement & Business Development

  • Drive the team to have a Business Development mindset that thinks creatively and strategically about new growth opportunities within our customers.

  • Lead by example in the way you approach customer engagement and adoption through customer discovery, use case definition and program management through to adoption and active use of the tool.

  • Encourage & inspire the team to think creatively about how to identify and engage with customers with a high propensity to adopt Adobe Express & Firefly.

Innovation & Collaboration

  • Foster innovation within the team, encouraging creative thinking to drive greater scale and collaboration.

  • Develop and nurture close partnerships with supporting functions around the business including Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management and Marketing.

Communication

  • Differentiate the signal from the noise and articulate impactful and meaningful stories derived from customer interactions.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience leading a small team with responsibilities including performance reporting, hiring, team development.

  • A passion for creativity and productivity; practical experience working as or with creative, design and marketing teams is a bonus.

  • Experience working with large, heavily matrixed enterprise organisations.

  • A mix of customer success, Business Development, product evangelism, marketing, and design consulting skills.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • An understanding of the complexity of Enterprise organisations, and specifically the opportunities and challenges enterprises face with regards to content velocity, creativity and productivity.
