Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You independently analyze cardiovascular market segments, identify new business opportunities and derive initiatives and projects
• You independently plan strategic projects in the area of Business development and you are responsible for the implementation with other business lines and regions
• You create the business models for forecasting and planning of new projects
• You take over the creation of a cardiovascular training and certification program based on given content
• You are responsible for an efficient proofing methodology for the training
• You are responsible for the global implementation of the program (headquarters and countries)

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, medicine or natural sciences
• You have many years of professional experience in project management in the field of strategy and Business development
• You have very in-depth knowledge in working with different business areas and customer groups
• You can use regional go-to-market insights to customize the training program for different countries
• You have a good understanding of the healthcare market
• Ideally, you are familiar with clinical processes in the diagnostic and interventional area
• Experience in the field of educational framework would be desirable

Your attributes and skills:

• You have fluent English skills in speaking and writing
• You score with your strong communication, moderation and presentation skills as well as systemic and analytical strengths and a structured way of working
• You feel comfortable in an agile environment with a high degree of self-organization, individual responsibility and commitment to goals
• You bring intercultural competencies and a strong team spirit and enjoy working in global teams
• Depending on your experience and qualifications, a task enrichment in the above-tariff area is possible.
