About the Team:
We are looking for an Antitrust and Regulatory Expert (m/f/d) in our Legal Department at our location in Friedrichshafen to contribute the increase of legal certainty and management of ZF Group in M&A process in terms of antitrust merger control. Join an exclusive team within the legal group aligning sales with purchasing activities.
What you can look forward to as Legal Counsel (m/f/d) Antitrust & Regulatory:
- Comprehensive counseling and support of all Divisions, BUs and corporate functions concerning merger control, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR) filing preparations i.e. collection of necessary data and managing the collection processes
- Ability to work in a cross functional set up with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Support all functions in due diligence activities to ensure compliance with antitrust laws especially prior to closing
- Advising in a wide range of topics, in particular for information sharing and guardrails
- Support intragroup restructurings from competition law, FDI and FSR perspective
- Comprehensive counseling off all Divisions, BUs and corporate functions concerning antitrust law related topics globally
- Support of legal function for group wide legal advice
- Development and performance of antitrust trainings
Your profile as Legal Counsel (m/f/d) Antitrust & Regulatory:
- Fully qualified lawyer
- At least three years experience in internal law firm or legal department of a multinational company
- Very good command of English and German
- Project management skills
- Good understanding of technical, commercial issues and market mechanisms
- Ability to work in a cross functional set up with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
