As aLeadership and Team Effectiveness (LTE) Manager, you will be responsible for (co)design and implementation of a range of development solutions at Nestlé in Switzerland (NiCH) level, partnering with the local L&D Team, as well as Corporate and Regional Talent CoC.

A Day in the Life of a Leadership and Team Effectiveness Manager

• In collaboration with the Learning and Development business partners, analyse and consult on business needs for coaching, mentoring, and training to propose appropriate interventions
• (Co-)design and deliver tailored development solutions: leadership training, individual and Team coaching (incl. assessment solutions), team facilitation, etc.
• With other LTE Managers, deploy local catalogue leadership learning solutions (Everyday Coaching Suite, Being a People Manager at Nestlé, Leadership Learning Experiences)
• In collaboration with the Swiss Learning and Development team, develop, improve and deliver local Leadership and People Managers curriculum (including the People Manager Onboarding) and leverage relevant above market solutions
• Contribute to:
• Development Assessment Center for People Managers
• Mentoring circles organization and mentor support
• Developing Swiss internal coaching network capabilities
• Managing assessments licences and cross charging

What will make you successful

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Social Sciences
• ICF Externally certified coach (ACC) with relevant experience in individual and Team coaching
• Certified HBDI coach + 1 another assessment solutions (MBTI, Clifton Strengths, Hogan, etc.)
• Prior experiences in Leadership and development/coaching roles, as well as proven success in managing cultural projects/programs based on Leadership and Team development
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines with strong influencing skills
• Fluent in French and English. Good level in German (B2 level) will be an asset
