Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;- Analyse 3GPP requirements for new features and map them to the modem architecture. - Break down new features into blocks depending on the timing and hardware requirements and define interfaces between them.- Define usecases and create end-to-end message flows. Analyse timing requirements.- Work closely together with cross functional teams ( SE, RF, HW, FW ) to make sure the concept fits into the system and firmware architecture.- Define test cases to support the verification process with log analysis and debugging.

Good understanding of 4G/5G basic features and their PHY ctrl related procedures : C-DRX, RA, DC, CA, BM, CSI-RS, etc.In-depth knowledge of use-case and interface definition in UML.Strong knowledge of 3GPP cellular communication standards about RRC, MAC and PHY for LTE and 5G NR.Experience with Matlab, C++ and JavaScript or Python programming.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (debugging and fixing of defects, …).Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills ( English ).
