• Role: Part-Time Tech Support Specialist
• Skills Needed: Expertise in computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), MDM solutions, Microsoft O365 services, and troubleshooting.
• Tasks: Hardware maintenance, providing technical support, operating system setup, solving software/hardware issues, assisting with peripherals, and updating software.

Your Mission:

• Keep our computer hardware in peak condition, ensuring everything operates seamlessly.
• Provide top-notch technical support, whether it’s over the phone, via email, or face-to-face.
• Configure and set up operating systems based on our specific needs, because customization is everything.
• Tackle any software and hardware issues that come your way, with the aim of minimal downtime.
• Assist in the setup and ongoing maintenance of peripherals, keeping our gear in perfect working order.
• Update and manage software applications, because staying current is crucial.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Solid understanding of how computer systems, networks, and peripherals work together.
• Proficiency in multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) – because versatility is key.
• Experience with MDM solutions like Miradore and Samsung Knox, plus administering Microsoft O365 services.
• The ability to troubleshoot both software and hardware issues like a pro.
• A foundational knowledge of network protocols – TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, so you know how the digital world ticks.
