As Marketing & Communication Manager Germany, your main responsibility will be to expand our B2C & B2G Marketing Activities in the Germany region. As we expand our infrastructure in more and more cities, we have a growing base of
customers and especially a growing number of potential customers we want to reach and excite about our product and service. At the same time, we also need to address cities and municipalities as the gatekeepers and decision makers for the expansion of e-mobility infrastructure in public space. In a highly dynamic environment with flexible working structures, the aim of your work is to grow our German customer base, establish and develop our brand community, communicate our brand identity and support your colleagues in Business Development and Sales to win new partners in the public and semipublic space. Your role will be embedded into an international structure, also including countries like the UK, France, Poland, Sweden and Spain, with more to come. Your will also support and receive support directly from our Marketing Director Europe. Let's power the future together!

- Market analysis incl. competitor evaluations
- Identification of Marketing opportunities for B2C & B2G within the German market
- Create, design and execute suitable campaigns in the identified appropriate area, Digital, Print, Events, Trade Shows and more channels
- Support on global and local initiatives into SEO, SEA, Social Media, DooH & OoH campaigns
- Support or execute PR related initiatives like press statements, advertorials or speaker opportunities
- Grow our B2C customer base and brand community and advance our Corporate Identity
- Maintain existing or establish a more suitable structure to measure and control success of Marketing activities
- Support of other international Qwello legal entities in Marketing activities and project realization
- Support other internal departments, especially in Business Development and Sales
- Optimization and further development of internal processes and tools, implementation of innovative solutions
- Proactively share knowledge and experience with the team
Your Profile ✨
- Successfully completed studies/training and at least 1 to 3 years practical experience with first success stories in Marketing environment
- Experience in design and execution of campaigns in Digital, Print, SEO, SEA, OoH or DooH preferred
- Editorial skills are a clear advantage
- Experience with CRM/ERP Software Odoo is a clear advantage, experience with SAP/Salesforce, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva is a plus
- Experience in the field of B2C Marketing is required, B2G experience is a clear advantage, B2B experience is a plus
- Experience in the field of e-mobility is not required, but a clear plus
- Strong analytical, conceptual and organisational skills
- High creativity, flexibility, reliability, independence and diligence
- Personality with high interdisciplinary capabilities
- Experience with agile working practices and working in a self-determined organisation without hierarchical levels is an advantage
- Pragmatic problem-solving approach and goal-oriented way of working
- Team player with a very high level of communication skills
- Experience with intercultural teams
- Native German and excellent English, further languages like French, Spanish or Italian, are advantageous
