Our headquarters is in Vienna, where we develop and manufacture both the hardware and the software of the smart glasses. From research & development, engineering, production to marketing and sales - we offer everything from a single source under one roof. This will give you exciting insights into other departments of the company. Although we have our roots in Austria, we are "born global" and work with customers and sales partners all over the world.

What You’ll Be Up To:

• Keeping our tech gear in top shape – because nothing’s sadder than a computer that won’t compute.
• Being the go-to for tech support, whether it's over the phone, via email, or face-to-face.
• Setting up operating systems so smoothly, users think it’s magic.
• Tackling software and hardware issues like a boss.
• Hooking up printers, scanners, and other peripherals without breaking a sweat.
• Keeping our software up to date – because nobody likes being stuck in the digital Stone Age.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• A rock-solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and peripherals. Basically, if it beeps or blinks, you know what’s up.
• Skills in Windows, macOS, and Linux – you’re the one your friends call for help when they’re lost in the OS jungle.
• Experience with MDM solutions like Miradore and Samsung Knox? Perfect, we need that.
• If Microsoft Office 365 were a game, you’d be leveling up fast thanks to your admin skills.
• A Sherlock Holmes vibe when it comes to diagnosing and solving software and hardware mysteries.
• Know your way around network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)? That’s the cherry on top!
