- You actively support in the monthly management reporting and rolling forecasts
- You take an active part in the mid and long term budgeting process
- You are involved in the set-up and implementation of sales, production and human resources controlling in close cooperation with the direct teams
- You create KPI- and data driven analyses, prepare decision making documentations and support on ad hoc analyses
- You help in addressing enquiries with internal and external stakeholders
- You contribute to process improvement to optimize our finance, planning and controlling structures and to promote automation, thus driving the further development of the Finance department
- You support the evaluation of new business and expansion models
- You are keen to build up a network within gridX to do a great job in terms of collaboration
This is how you and your application stand out
- You have successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on finance and accounting or corporate finance
- You bring first professional experience preferably from one of the top consulting firms or from a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment (e.g. permanent employment, Internship or working student position)
- You have a solid knowledge in Microsoft Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint) or Google Office Pack
- You can demonstrate theoretical skills in financial accounting (HGB or IFRS) and management accounting (reporting and budgeting)
- You ideally gained first experience with Big Data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) and are keen to learn more about the topic of Big Data
- You convince with your analytical, detail-oriented and hands-on way of working and with a problem-solving mindset
- Really good communication skills and fluent English skills round off your profile - German is a plus
- Plus but not a must: You finished a finance related professional qualification or you are in the process of obtaining one (e.g. CFA, ACCA, CPA)
