Corporate Real Estate (CRE) at Deutsche Post DHL (DHL Group) is responsible for more than 12,000 properties across all DHL business units worldwide. This portfolio covers an area of more than 30 million m2 and is managed by around 1700 dedicated real estate experts worldwide.

Corporate Real Estate EMEA- that's us! Together with our global colleagues, we offer excellent services along the property lifecycle Commercial, Construction and Facility Management for all DHL properties in a sustainable way. We ensure that DHL develops and grows in the future. 

Your tasks: 

• Facility management: defining budget, works and timeline, and providing relative reporting
• Take care of the main legal deadlines of the portfolio, like the fire prevention certificates, coordinating all the stakeholders needed for the renewals
• Monitoring Lease expiring dates 
• Provide Real Estate scenarios, analysis and construction knowledge
• Manage relationship with the landlords;
• Manage relationship with the main stakeholders of the real estate activities (Investors, Municipality and others authorities, Founds..);
• Support for the preparation of Business Cases (BCA) to ask for approval of buildings projects.
• Manage refurbishment works in his building portfolio
• Select, together with the project team, building refurbishment companies (tender phase)
• Track progress on his projects, providing reports, updating the stakeholders and providing alternatives or risks mitigations, in case of need.
• Leverage global DHL guidelines to ensure standardized projects
• Cost and time monitoring
• Reporting

Your profile: 

• Bachelor or Masters: Building and Construction Engineering or similar
• Any work experience in Real Estate Company, Property& Facility companies would be a huge advantage
• Interest in sustainability and "Go Green" projects
• Autocad 2D
• Advanced Level of English
• Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Ability to gain trust at all levels
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
