About the role
The Corporate Organisation & Change Team is on a journey to provide state of the art organisational, change and process management as guidance for transformation throughtout the BayWa r.e. Group, to allow continuous & transparent development of the business. To strengthen our Corporate Organisation & Change team in Munich, we are currently looking for a (Junior) Business Process Manager (f/m/d).
About the role
The Corporate Organisation & Change Team is on a journey to provide state of the art organisational, change and process management as guidance for transformation throughtout the BayWa r.e. Group, to allow continuous & transparent development of the business. To strengthen our Corporate Organisation & Change team in Munich, we are currently looking for a (Junior) Business Process Manager (f/m/d).
What You Will Do
- You will drive Group process management projects, e.g. implementing low code/ no code workflows
- You will assist in all areas of the process management lifecycle, e.g. identify process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- You support of Group process management and Automation Tools (e.g. Power Apps & Automate, Signavio Suite)
- You will train and coach within the subject matter expertise as part of the Business Process Management Centre of Enablement and provide technical advice, consultation, and knowledge to others
- You will develop the customer experience working within process management solutions/ environments
- Assist in setting up standard operating procedures within service management of automation and process networks
- Define, develop, enhance and track metrics providing insight and recommendations on own solutions and processes
- Identify and interpret upcoming issues and challenges within user management and handling of team solution
What You Bring
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree
- Certifications in Project Management and Process Management a plus
- 1+ years of experience
- BPMN 2.0 and other notations a plus
- Business English required, German a plus
- Beginner coding skills a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented ability to work independently
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and build sound working relationships
- Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
