This position is limited until November 2025 due to a parental leave replacement. The takeover opportunity is high and we are interested in securing a permanent position.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the optimal functioning of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution. Satisfied users and departments are your top priority, and you ensure that the IT services run smoothly.- Support and advise users in the business departments on the implementation of their processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in our EMEA region
- Implement release management processes and concepts in close cooperation with key users to support all tool users in a close way (Europe & Affiliates)
- Monitor and ensure data governance
- Define and specify business requirements and roll-out harmonized processes for the Field Service
- Continuously work on improvement of the service processes based on process harmonization
- Responsible for the analysis of relevant KPIs and creation of reports
- Train the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM users regarding optimized processes and concepts
- Create, prepare, deliver and update appropriate learning resources to onboard and train users
Your profile
- During several years of experience, you have gained expert knowledge in medical device industry service processes
- You have experience in IT-related projects, in particular in CRM projects
- You have a high affinity to IT solutions and a good technical understanding
- You have analytical and data skills
- You convince with strong cross-cultural communication skills and experience in delivering/moderating training (online or in presence)
- You have a distinct ability to approach, convince and motivate people
- You have change management experience
- You have a high degree of personal responsibility, innovative and solution-oriented thinking
