Junior Account Manager - Business Information Switzerland
Location: Zürich or Lausanne

Our mission
Regarding the strong development of its Business Information Services, Coface is recruiting a Junior Account Manager

Role purpose:

As part of the high-performance and dynamic Business Information team, we are looking for a Junior Account Manager. You are proactive, curious, well organized and a stress resistant team player able to deal with tight deadlines and work independently, then join us! You will be responsible for accelerating Mid Market customer acquisition as well as handling account management and contract renewals for existing clients.

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS :

  • Act as a trusted advisor to MM prospects as well as new clients, helping them to understand how Coface Business Information solutions will help them.
  • Act and support for clients with Business Information contracts and secure renewals and long-term profitable relationships.
  • Support Sales and Marketing on the development of a growth and acquisition strategy and the offer positioning as well as in managing leads and feeding back activity results.
  • Back-office responsibility and active support of the Switzerland Sales and Account Management teams for all administrative matters related to the offer preparation, contract creation and invoicing.
  • Gathering required information to manage the proof of concept process together with the pre-sales teams.
  • Preparing price indications in coordination with our sales teams.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met for new and existing clients (KYC, KYI & UBO) in collaboration with our shared service center.
  • Controlling, reporting and management of customer consumption.
  • Assisting the Sales team with various tasks relating to sales/marketing and project management.
  • Monitor invoicing process in collaboration with our shared service center and provide support to clients.

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

Education :

- Higher education Degree level (business school or university).

- Good knowledge with IT tools: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint.

Experience:

- Proven experience in Account Management in the sale of services.

Competencies:

- Fluency in German and English; fluency in another language is a desired asset (French / Italian).

- Details oriented, proactive, organized and client oriented.

- Ability to deliver high-quality services on tight deadlines Result-oriented and self-motivated.

- Creative, innovative, and passionate about providing the highest quality of service. Strong planning and analytical skills.
