- Knowledge of SAN, DNS, DHCP
- Knowledge of Backup Solutions
- Knowledge of Vmware Products ( VCENTER, SRM ESXI)
- Administration of Windows Servers ( API, IIS, SQL Database Fileserver), LINUX ( Proxy, Docker Unix Appliance)
- Knowledge of ITIL process like , Change Management, Agile and Incident Management.
- Configure and maintain DATABASEs servers \ processes including montioring of system health and performance to ensure high levels of performance, availability and security.
- Independently can analyze, solve and correct issuse in real time, providing problem resolution end to end.
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing Platforms ( Azure, AWS)
- Speaking to and collaborating with a variety of people, such as vendors, management and information technology (IT) staff during the creation and maintenance of a system
- Creating control features to ensure systems effectively meet the organization’s quality standards
- Engaging in quality control procedures to ensure that systems are efficient and operational
- Overseeing the development and instaaltion of new networking and computing infrastructures
- Installing and configuring operating Systems And application software
- Implmenting best practices for system security and data backup
- Troublshooitng and resolving all technical issues when they arise
