As an IT Staff Analyst, you will design, develop, implement, and maintain use cases in our Sales and Marketing Ecosystems, taking our digital omni-channels to the next level.
In your new role you will:
- Record new functional requirements and carry out complex requirements analyses of our Sales & Marketing departments in the area of Customer Data and Marketing Platform;
- Design solutions based on requirements with collaboration with lead architects and applications and services owners;
- Be part or lead projects to implement business use cases;
- Ensure operations and release management of marketing use cases in close cooperation with internal and external IT suppliers;
- Present and discuss results on different management levels within IT and with our internal customers, e.g. Sales & Marketing, Research and Development;
- Assess risks, availability, capacity, and service level agreements;
- Act as subject matter expert;
- Manage vendors’ and suppliers’ backlogs and deliverables.
Your Profile

In order to reach best results, you establish lasting relationships with your customers and listen actively to their thoughts and ideas. Furthermore, you know how to balance those requirements with technical or legal possibilities – and you are able to show them the added value of our available solutions.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar engineering background;
- At least 3 years of technical experience in implementing marketing technology solutions like Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation, Web Personalization, etc.;
- Technical experience in web analytics (e.g.: google Analytics, Google Tag manager or equivalents), data engineering, data integrations, and data flow design;
- Experience refining and implementing digital marketing and omnichannel use cases with sufficient business understanding;
- Experience with email marketing, segmentations, and campaign management platform (Eloqua, Merkato, etc.);
- Experience with CRM integrations, profiling, and lead management is a plus;
- Experience in supporting backend systems, including vendors and suppliers’ management, assets management, users and security management, test management and test automation, etc.;
- Profound technical experience with data base management, API interfaces, Web technologies, Content Management Systems, etc.;
- Knowledge and experience with Agile, DevOps, IT Service Management (ITIL), or Enterprise Architecture;
- Willingness to act as a partner for colleagues with less experience or to provide informal guidance to junior staff;
- Ability to work with minimal guidance;
- Excellent communication and analytical skills as well as strong interpersonal and change management skills to interact with cross-functional global teams;
- Experience in Electronics or Semi-Conductor industry would be a plus;
- Fluent English language skills, basic German language skills would be a plus.
