The intern will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of datacenter operations
Rack, cable, and label datacenter equipment including network, server, and storage devices
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair datacenter equipment
Manage a queue of install and repair tickets, provide details of work performed
Coordinate with partner teams for equipment receiving, RMAs, power, and cabling work for installs, upgrades, and decommissioning projects
In addition to hardware and network repair, candidates will create documentation, innovate solutions, and fix complex problems within the data center space

Preferably studying or experienced in a relevant field of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
Good knowledge in the areas of moderation and training for the introduction of processes
Good knowledge in the use of common MS Office applications
Ability to analyses problems and find solutions in a structured manner
Ability to work in a team as well as in an organized and independent manner
Work prioritization, organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to react quickly are critical to being successful
Regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds unassisted; and participate in group lifts for 36 pounds or more
Must be able to lift loads of up to 49 pounds and carry them for short distances
