Your role

Do you have the know-how to apply business analysis techniques to deliver Lending projects? Do you want to use your financials and workflow expertise to help our projects succeed?
We’re looking for a IT Business Analyst to:
• engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements
• translate business requirements into technical documentation
• collaborate with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework
• conduct as-is and to-be impact analysis
• contribute to reduction of all security and operational risks, in line with policies and standards
• identify opportunities to improve our processes

Your team

You’ll be working in the Credit Processing engineering team in Zürich, closely collaborating with subject matter experts from different areas and with partners from business and technology. Our team is responsible for various applications which will be modernized in next years. We are part of Obtain & Maintain Financing business stream which provides all IT solutions for large variety of banking products.

Your expertise

• ideally 5-8 years of experience in a SCRUM delivery model within the financial sector
• solid understanding of Lending in financial sector
• strong analytical and problem solving skills
• highly driven and motivated with a can-do attitude and with a desire to drive change in the organization
• eager to learn and to solve complex problems
• good written and verbal communication skill in English are required, German would be an advantage.
