Position Description:
CGI is looking for an IT Asset Manager to join our team.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• We’re looking for an IT Risk Asset Management collaborator based in Lisbon.
• This professional will be part of a team ensuring IT Asset management and reporting.
Main Tasks:
• Manage the different inventories and the referential of the client IT Asset Management;
• Quality control of data between the client and other group;
• Produce periodic and on-demand reports on IT processes and data, managing the relationship with all contributors. This task involves collection, transformation, and integration of data, ensuring its quality, as well as the information analysis;
• Produce Performance & Risk analysis with defined thresholds;
• Organize and lead other group review meetings with stakeholders;
• This professional will also work closely with the Corporate IT organization and will have contact with all countries.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Skills:
• Academic degree in IT or at least 5 years of expertise on IT field. Not very technical but wide knowledge of IT Processes and IT technical architecture standards (mandatory)
• ITAM or SAM knowledge is valuable
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Very good Expertise in Excel (mandatory)
• Fluent in French and or Spanish (valuable)
• ServiceNow CMDB experience (valuable)
• ISO 27005 knowledge is valuable
• Very good level of awareness for details
• Ability to be autonomous
• Good communications skills (both written and spoken)
• Commitment to the job and the team objectives
• Systematic, critical and logical thinking;
• Aim to deliver very high quality results;
• Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives;
• Good listening and questioning ability;
• Ability to plan work ahead and to prioritize workload;
