Within the Group, you will join the Headquarter's IT Department.
The Headquarter's IT Department at AXA is a team of 60 people who support the digital transformation of AXA's Headquarter (Local and Corporate Functions: Finance, Communication, Internal Audit, Human Resources, Strategy, etc.) by promoting and deploying innovative solutions in line with the company's strategy. The IT Department is a real partner to the business, offering IT solutions, equipment, and services used by all AXA employees.
Your job and daily missions
The Workplace Department is part of the IT Department and is responsible for providing solutions, equipment and IT services used by all AXA employees to promote their productivity and collaboration. In this context, the Workplace Department is looking for a passionate student to join the IT Department as a Mobile Fleet Manager intern for a period of 6 months.
- Administration:
- Conducting an inventory and monitoring smartphones and tablets
- Diagnosing and correcting terminal compliance status
- Monitoring consumption and analyzing expenses (purchase of terminals, phone plans, international options)
- Managing and optimizing tariff options
- Managing occasional international connectivity needs
- Optimizing the use of devices
- Projects:
- Monitoring the evolution of technologies (5G, VoLTE, VoWIFI, etc.)
- Following the action plan related to AXA's sustainable development commitments for the purchase and use of mobile devices
- Studying terminal acquisition models (leasing, buying, renting)
- Studying Mobile Fleet buyback offers (refurbishment, end-of-life)
- Studying offers made by MVNOs (virtual mobile network operators) particularly for international use
- Conducting technological monitoring
- Collaborations with:
- IT request management service
- IT support

By joining the Workplace Department at AXA's IT Department as a Mobile Fleet Manager intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team and participate in the company's digital transformation by proposing innovative and effective solutions to optimize the use of the Mobile Fleet.
