Form der Arbeit- You will act as a contact person (m/f/d) for International Tax issues in the BayWa r.e. Group and will be in close contact with the tax functions in the foreign companies
- Your work encompasses activities such as tax compliance (e.g. foreign permanent establishments), supporting group companies in the tax-optimized structuring of business relationships and tax planning as well as support with tax audits
- You will be responsible for providing tax advice and support for national and international tasks of the central function (reorganisations, M&A issues, market entries, etc.) and will also be responsible for coordinating external tax advisors (m/f/d) in this regard
- You will do the monitoring and evaluation of relevant changes in domestic and foreign tax law, as well as the resulting implementation
- You will implement group-wide projects (Pillar 2, BEFIT, etc.) or initiate them proactively, establishing guidelines and standards, including the delivery of training courses
- You will support the tax department in the further development and implementation of digital work processes, as well as the further development of the tax compliance management system
