Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Engagement with our clients pharmaceutical partners and key diagnostics markets to ensure the products meet market and customer needs
- Collaboration with a range of internal stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Clinical Science, Business Development, R&;D) as well as other business teams to ensure broader alignment on the current and future needs of our clients customers
- Oversight of the IVD development process to ensure decisions are made in the best interests of patients and customers
- Support for our clients country organizations with product messaging and content around the key innovations and collaborations
- Strategic alignment with our clients pharmaceutical partners and stakeholders to navigate barriers to the respective diagnostic and therapeutic launches
- Highly flexible and adaptable to the needs of our clients Pharmaceuticals customers, willing to try new approaches to develop the solutions, challenge the status quo (teamwork and collaboration is key)
Your profile:
- Minimum 5 years’ experiences in marketing, business development, partnering or related business experience, in local & global roles, across Pharmaceuticals & Diagnostics
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Science/medicine or related field
- Master’s degree in relevant area of Study is a strong plus
- Gathering customer insights (Pharmaceutical stakeholders, clinicians, laboratory experts) for defining product characteristics & strategy
- Good understanding of the development process for In Vitro Diagnostics products, additional experience with pharmaceuticals development ideal
- Self –starter, passionate about Personalized Healthcare
- Ability to influence within a complex matrix environment with diverse colleagues/ functions, confident in interactions with senior leadership in Diagnostics and with our clients Pharmaceuticals partners
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (in English language)
- willing to have 20-30% global travel acitivity (USA / Europe)
