Job description

In your new role you will:

• Work with senior AE’s to develop, validate products including:
  
  • Set up bench automation with python GUI
  • Generate python program for report generation(optional)
  • Develop and test customer application evaluation board s
  • Perform simulation and lab testing in the area of high-frequency, low-voltage buck systems (<25V)
  • Generate competitive analysis report for in-development products
  • Benchmarking of competitor’s products and generation of promotional material and collaterals (test reports, application notes, white papers) for product promotion
  • Creating excel based calculation/design tool for DCDC Buck POL products

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:

• BSEE or MSEE with at least 2 classes and lab experience in power electronics theory and practice
• Knowledgeable in power conversion topologies, power device, magnetics and control loop theory
• Lab skills in using digital oscilloscopes, function generators, and network analyzers for the test and debug of switching power supplies
• Ability to connect instruments together using Python to Automate testing of designs
• Able to use schematic entry, circuit simulation, and PCB layout tools
• Experience with Matlab/Simulink, SIMetrix/Simplis, or similar engineering tools is beneficial
• Prefer experience in the selection of MOSFET’s, Gate Drivers, Capacitors, Inductors and use of these components in power supply designs Extremely responsive, ready to jump on design and/or customer issues instantly
• Oral & written English language proficiency a must
• Effectively take multi-tasks, manage priorities and solve technical problems independently
• Well-organized, self-driven, good communication and presentation skills.
