Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Implement and manage Azure Active Directory for identity and access management.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating routine administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement and monitor security features in Microsoft 36
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
• Conduct regular audits of Microsoft 365 configurations to ensure compliance.
• Manage Microsoft 365 licensing and subscriptions, optimizing for cost and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain data governance and compliance features, including DLP policies.
• Stay informed about the latest updates and features in Microsoft 365 and recommend their adoption.
• Provide enduser support and training on Microsoft 365 applications.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 System Administrator.
• Expertise in managing and configuring Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Indepth knowledge of Azure Active Directory for identity and access management.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices for Microsoft 36
• Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS100, MS101, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
