We are looking for a IT Product Manager for HR (f/m/d), to join our client in the heart of Germany.
Location: Ludwigshafen area, DE (on-site: 2 - 3 days per week)
Type of role: Permanent
Salary: (depending on experience level) up to €88.000 (gross; basic)
Tasks
- Responsible for the assigned IT products within Human Resources area
- Guiding the success of products by leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for its enhancement and/or configuration
- Acting as a Product Manager to provide both tactical and strategic direction
- Designing strategic roadmaps for each product
- Maximising business value of products by understanding the priority of deliverables
Requirements
- A proven track record within IT or demonstrable business process management / Product Manager expertise
- Professional background in HR would be an advantage
- Communication and collaboration skills, relating to internal and external stakeholder management
- Organisation and prioritisation skills (proficiency with tools such as JIRA)
- First contact with one or multiple of the following HR applications/platforms: Workday, Cytric (Amadeus), MyTime, H&S (Intelex), SAP Payroll (PY)
- Strong intercultural competence and high service orientation
- Fluent in English; German would be an advantage
