Manage RFPs, negotiate contracts, and build robust relationships with a wide range of vendors.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of spending, market trends, and cost drivers across various procurement categories.
Maintain effective supplier relationships, ensuring quality, service, and up-to-date agreements.

You are a strategic thinker and a proactive procurement professional, ready to embrace the challenges and opportunities at Tesla.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Purchasing, with a broad focus across various procurement categories.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in cross-functional project management and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both English and German.
Based in Berlin, with flexibility for occasional travel to vendor locations.
