Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects, supporting with technical specifications, cost estimates, project timelines to further develop the Waste Management Department
Focus on costs and performance optimization throughout analysis of production processes, materials, and resource utilization
Implement and enforce best practices for waste reduction and proper disposal in alignment with environmental regulations
Develop time and motion studies for waste activities
Support in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) creation, measurement, and monitoring
Regularly inspect waste related workflow and processes on the shopfloor for enhancement of productivity.

Bachelor’s degree inIndustrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Advanceddegrees are a plus
Minimum 3 years’experience in industrial/process engineering roles, process optimization onshop floor, cost reduction projects, and continuous improvement
Knowledge aboutwaste regulations or previous work in Waste Management is a plus
Knowledge andexperience with Lean Manufacturing Tools
Be very proactiveand enjoy working independently
Expert level inMicrosoft Office suite of programs
Keen attention todetail in data collection, data analysis, and process investigation
Ability to workcollaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively withdifferent stakeholders
Fluent in Englishand German
