Could you be the full-time Head of Quality Site in Kassel, Germany we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Céline Grivel (Cluster Head of Quality Loco & compo DACH) and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates. You’ll be part of the site management team in the lead of Thomas Rendler (Site Managing Director Kassel).
You'll manage the Site Quality team in order to ensure the deliveries from the site are at the right quality level.
You’ll specifically take care of cascading & implementing the Site objectives within the Quality organisation and quality policy & tools at site level.
We’ll look to you for:
Developing quality culture & right first time approach.
Ensuring consistency of QCD objectives, as well as the contractual and regulatory obligations applicable to the projects.
Driving continuous improvement plans to analyze and reduce CTQ objectives such as CONQ, NCR, safety issues, and demerit.
Deploying quality policy to the management committee of the Site.
Taking responsibility for quality and safety assessment of products and services delivered in line with the contractual quality requirements.
Increasing customer satisfaction through periodic meetings, customer surveys, and product delivery controls.
Managing and escalating top safety and customer issues.
Ensuring that DFQ gate reviews and supplier FAI are done in a timely manner, including waiver when required.
Leading, managing, and developing quality teams with the use of Quality processes, expertise, and APSYS.
Deploying standard tools and indicators while contributing to their improvement.
Ensuring process governance, risk, and opportunity management with site interested parties.
Evaluating quality performance in each process through internal audits.
Ensuring the latest update about QMS Reference materials, using REX process regularly.
Ensuring site QMS conformance with Alstom standards, customer standards, and ISO9001/IRIS requirements/CMMI/ECM.
