As Head of Product at zolar, you’ll be responsible for improving and optimizing processes for the Partner/Ops product teams, forging better relationships between the different teams involved, and for ensuring alignment and securing buy-in across the organization for Partner/Ops product strategy.
Your role at zolar
- Lead a growing product management team of 5 in which you mentor, motivate and achieve steady improvements
- Define and align the vision, strategy and roadmap across our partner product(s)
- Definition, monitoring and reporting of KPIs across portfolio
- Identify the technology-driven strategies for customers’ and partners’ success and enhance overall operational efficiency
- Working across several operational teams.
- Managing all the current product managers.
What you will need to bring
- 7-10 years of professional experience in software product management, preferably in a company with a physical product/operations function
- 2+ years of experience managing product managers & teams
- A great interest in tech solutions & digitization processes and/or usability & user-centered design
- A hands-on mentality, very good analytical skills and enjoys challenges in a dynamic environment
- High level motivational skills so that you can also manage virtual teams
- You speak German and English fluently
- Plus: experience with and around energy products and/or electrical engineering
- Plus: scale up experience
