YOUR MISSION:

Parloa is looking for a Head of Product Marketing who is a self-starting, team-oriented, and passionate leader to own the positioning, messaging strategy, and content and training agenda needed to reinvent customer service and accelerate the company's go to market efforts. You and your team will work closely with the product, marketing and growth teams to drive focused strategies to help define product strategy, establish our differentiation in the market, and substantiate our claims with market-facing content to enable field success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, influencing the market, and driving a team.

You will have demonstrable expertise in all areas of Product Marketing — product positioning & messaging, market segmentation, customer & competitive intelligence, and outbound programs. You will have experience in building scalable programs and demonstrate the ability to drive cross-functional alignment. You possess strong presentation skills, executive presence and ability to deal with ambiguity.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Lead your team to define differentiated, clear and customer-centric narrative, value props, positioning and messaging across the entire solution suite.
  • Serve as the expert on target markets and our buyer personas – who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria as well as where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make - to flesh out our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Develop, package, and deliver relevant material including sales presentations, competitive intelligence and marketing collateral, making it easy for prospects, customers and partners. to understand how our product offerings solve their customer service problems and our competitive advantage vis a vis other SaaS providers.
  • Map out the customer service technology buyer's journey and produce high-quality content that supports marketing campaigns, from demand through customer success, viewing everything through the lens of the customer to help drive growth.
  • Champion marketing programs, from product launches to demand generation campaigns, through collaboration with the product, sales, partnerships and marketing teams to drive growth.
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of thought leadership content, webinars, blogs, events, and case studies to drive the message.
  • Be responsible for the market segment and marketing plan for Parloa
  • Deeply understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
  • Understand and document our buyer's process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make and evolve our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
  • Partner with product management and marketing campaign teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
  • Understand and support our commercial teams and key channels with sales plays, training and external collateral to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Be an inspiring Parloan by exhibiting great curiosity about our customers, their customer service challenges, how Generative AI can be applied to transform customer service, and how our company can make a step change improvement in their customer service operations.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related functions.
  • Experience leading Product Marketing and collaborating with product teams to drive product-market fit. 
  • Expertise in building product strategy with product teams and contributing to the development of the vision for our product offerings for our target segments and buyers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and customers.
  • Creativity and discipline to envision, create and execute a range of marketing and sales assets (including on-message product demo videos, sharp succinct slide pitch-decks in Apple Keynote and Google Slides), product data sheets.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.
