We look forward to your application as Golang Developer (m/f/d) for our newest product Explorer at CHECK24 Vergleichsportal Explorer GmbH in Erfurt.
Your Responsibilities
- Setting up the complete backend infrastructure of the new product from scratch; integrating AI-powered recommendation services
- Working closely with product management to develop a comprehensive service landscape including API connections and databases
- Co-designing, planning and further development of our backend architecture
- Working in a team to define and optimize the software lifecycle, including CI/CD processes
- Mentoring of junior team members and active exchange with other teams at CHECK24
- Contributing to shaping the team culture of this new team
Your Qualifications
- Very good knowledge and practical experience in Golang for high-performance backend-applications
- Very solid know-how in object-oriented programming, software architectures and design patterns
- Proven skills in using and programming APIs and building MySQL and / or in-memory databases
- Experience in unit testing and high quality standards
- Enthusiasm for innovative ideas in backend development
- Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment, independent work and quick comprehension skills
- Business fluent in English and good knowledge of German (at least B1 level)
- "Courage to fill in the gaps" if not all of the above qualifications are met
