AdresseDevelop and execute regional sourcing strategies and China supply base in alignment with global business strategies and stakeholders. Establish procurement policies, procedures and process in compliance with leagal and QMS requirements. Lead sourcing team for LBS Shanghai business, and realize yearly sourcing objectives (PPV, VAVE, DPO, Supplier OTD, etc). Lead LCR Sourcing team for LBS Melbourne, Nussloch, Richmond and Tijuana business to realize yearly cost reduction objectives. Lead Advanced Procurement team to support LBS Shanghai, Melbourne, Nusslcoh R&D teams for NPD projects, and promote market new technology and speed up the time to market for new products, and drive the best quality & cost. Lead Supplier Quality Management team for LBS Shanghai business, Melbourne and Nussloch LCR business, establish SQM systems and process to drive supplier quality performance and continual improvement. Support Mammotome manufacture transfer, establish China supply base and sourcing strategy for Mammotome business, and responsible for Mammotome material supply chain localization. Support China SU on the consumable/OEM/ODM business based on the China for China strategy. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, assess potential supply chain risk and drive the risk mitigation plan. Talent management, build a muscular Sourcing & Supplier Quality team to support LBS China and global business growth, continue to improve team engagement & productivity. Implement and facilitate DBS culture and tools to improve the productivity and efficiency of procurement, supplier quality management and material supply chain.
