Global Product Owner Computable Contracts

We are looking for a Global Product Owner F/H

As part of its largest transformation programs, in recent years, AXA Partners has made significant investments and progress towards its ambition of automating Products & Services operations, as well as rationalizing and standardizing its offer.

Today, AXA Partners relies on state-of-the art technology (Computable Contracts) – developed in house or with strategic partners in the AXA Group – which, together with the right processes and governance bodies enables the realization of the Products & Services ambition.

The Computable ContractsGlobal Product Owner will be in charge of maximising the value for the Customers (internal & external), through 1) the co-design and co-build with AXA GETD of the main asset (Authoring Tool), and 2) full responsibility of the Widget asset by defining the strategic roadmap & managing the asset’s development backlog. He/she will also coordinate, and support rollout activities related to CC.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Create a product vision (3 – 5 years) & define target customer journey for the customer identification process in line with the company strategy and customer needs, ensuring consistency, transversality and standardisation
• Study the opportunities and frame the scope of the Product, notably by defining a clear product roadmap, across the multiple lines of business.
• Contribute in the design of the APIs and data models required to enable such customer journey
• Manage the Product’s backlog, by: 1) understanding needs and defining objectives for each iteration, based on cost/benefits approach, 2) building, arbitrating and prioritizing each item, based on business & transformation programs key priorities
• Lead the Product squad that includes CC development team, business stakeholders, sharing priorities & goals to achieve.
• Onboard every new lines of business and Geography to integrate CC on the vision and workings of the tool and support trainings.
• Maintain a level of motivation and collaboration across teams & stakeholders
• Work closely with other Global Product Owners to ensure a smooth and well-organized integration between the Products at each iteration.
• Manage progress, risks, and monitor the efficiency of the Produit by defining & following-up concrete KPIs (notably achievement of benefits, AHT, impact on Business Case, etc).
• Ensure a good monitoring of the quality of the Product (dashboard, incident process).Ensure alignment with Data guidelines and principles: Data Privacy, security, quality, consistency etc

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience 
- 4-6 years’ experience as a Product owner/Product Manager, strong project management knowledge, change management principles, methodologies (e.g., agile) and tools with IT related changes 

Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

• Strong project management abilities in international context
• - Experience applying Agile methodologies
• High level of business acumen and ability to formalize clearly business requirements
• Resilient and tenacious with a strong propensity to persevere in a moving environment
• Value oriented always looking at “who should do what” before acting
• Customer focused
• Decision maker & ability to negotiate, with a Leadership mindset
• Collaborative – capacity to adapt to different ways of working, always aiming at the common goal
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing (minutes, recommendations, analysis reports) in proper business English at various levels of the organization
• Strong attention to detail
